founder-led accounting firm

Numbers matter.
The people behind them matter more.

Accounting Advice was founded by Iryna Borisikova to help business owners, new U.S. residents, and clients with international income make confident financial decisions—not simply file forms.

01

WHY IT STARTED

Built for people navigating more than a tax return.

Iryna founded Accounting Advice after seeing how difficult the U.S. financial system can feel when a client is also building a business, adapting to a new country, or managing income across borders.

What began with that understanding has grown into support for hundreds of clients who need their accounting to be accurate, compliant, and useful for the decisions ahead.

The goal is clarity: explain the options, organize the numbers, and give each client a practical next step.

FOUNDER-LED MEANS Important work stays personal.

Iryna personally oversees service quality, bringing direct accountability to consultations and reporting.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Iryna Borisikova

Founder & lead expert at ACCOUNTING ADVICE

For more than seven years, Iryna has worked in U.S. accounting with a focus on international taxation and business structuring.

She founded Accounting Advice for clients whose finances do not fit into one simple box—business owners, new residents, and people balancing U.S. obligations with income abroad.

IRYNA’S APPROACH

Accounting should give you clarity, not more questions.

Every recommendation should make sense, every number should have context, and every client should know the next step.

HOW WE WORK

Personal enough to understand your situation. Experienced enough to see beyond the numbers.

01

Start with the real situation

We look at the business, personal finances, international considerations, and deadlines together—not as disconnected pieces.

02

Explain before acting

Clients understand what is happening, why it matters, and what comes next in plain language.

03

Support beyond the deadline

We stay connected year-round, with access to our team, a secure client portal, and accounting and tax support throughout the year.

04

WHERE THE WORK GETS PERSONAL

Accounting for real life, not just tax season.

The numbers matter because they sit inside decisions about a new country, a growing company, and a family’s future.

01

A new beginning in the U.S.

Residency, first filings, foreign accounts, and unfamiliar rules arrive at the same time. We turn that uncertainty into a clear sequence of decisions.

02

A business entering its next stage

Clean books, reliable reporting, payroll, and tax structure create the visibility needed to hire, invest, and grow with control.

03

A financial life across borders

International income and U.S. obligations need to be understood together. We help clients see the complete picture before they act.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Bring us the real situation—not a perfect set of books.

We’ll help you understand where you stand and what to do next.
